I ordered 3 picnic hampers. After a week the transport tracking said they were being sent back to the UK from Sweden. I contacted the chat service and the service rep was extremely helpful and sent me a new delivery express that arrived five days later . So I was very happy with the service despite the hiccup with the first delivery in Sweden. So I am sure I will use Amara again.

Return policy and fee of $25 is deeply buried and hard to find. I would not have ordered had I known the price to return. It should be much easier to learn how to return and the FEE — before actually initiating the return process. Also, although the Missoni towel designs were beautiful, the towels were very thin and not functional.

Received 2 of the same size boots but they are not the same size at all. 1 is way smaller. Too expensive to ship to Canada. So not shipping back. Wil just take the loss. It should tell you the approximate duties in advance.
