Its large conical shaped lid gives room for steam to circulate, keeping ingredients succulently moist. Crafted from Flame Ceramic, it can be used directly over any gas, electric or halogen heat source and with induction disks for induction hobs. Designed to produce the ideal slow simmer, this chic charcoal tagine is available in two sizes and makes a fabulous addition to any home.
