This my 2nd time buying from Amara each time order arrived within 4 days and I'm live in Singapore. Customers service response very quickly and also so friendly. My 2nd purchase were the Emily Henry Loaf Baker . It's my 1st attempt using it for sourdough sandwiched loaf. My first purchase were Emily Henry Cloche which is so much lighter to handle. I'm started to learn sourdough baking :)

Slower than average delivery. Wash basket poorly finished - the rods that are supposed to keep it upright don’t have “ pockets “ at the bottom to fit into. Poor quayleather finishes too Disappointed

I do shop online a lot, and so far Amara is among the best 3 online platforms from which I shopped. From the very beginning to the very end, everything was great. The website is so easy to navigate, checkout - no problems,packaging of the products sent, really great, all info in regards to returns and refunds sent together with the products, including the return label and even additional discount offered on the next purchased, which is not happening often, usually only the first transaction have a 10% off offer after subscribing to the company newsletter.

The appreciated the free freight over $200 - I live on a remote island and our cost of living is significantly higher thaan the average city dwelling Australian. I managed to buy another item as a result of not paying for freight for orders over $200. The processing was prompt and the delivery was quick. I also appreciated the continued emails notifying me of the progress and delivery of my items
