Delivery and return facility was excellent. The communications were excellent. On a single order I had several products, and one was really substandard. the others were really good and a fantastic service. Possibly something to take up with the manufacturer rather than Amara. I have since placed more orders so hope that this was an exception

A rapid delivery, I took possession of a rather beautiful pair of Cavalli rainforest mugs. These mugs are the most beautiful I've seen with fantastic detail and beautifully illustrated birds with subtle and beautiful real gold accents. These mugs make my crystal cabinet glow.
