Zaha Hadid Architects’ One Thousand Museum is the first residential skyscraper designer concept in the Western Hemisphere by the Pritzker Prize-winning architect. With the late design icon’s name on the project the iconic design tower is set to be a catalyst that shifts the centre of gravity for high design and luxury residences in Miami. Located in the centre of the city’s Downtown skyline it will overlook the contemporary Perez Art Museum, Museum Park, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and the American Airlines Arena.
Offering an unmatched standard of luxury living, One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid Architects is perfectly situated within Miami’s cultural nucleus. At 62 stories high, the impressive tower will contain 83 residential units consisting of; two-story duplex penthouse, four townhouses and eight full-floor residences. The latter are priced from $ 10.9 million to over $20 million and range from 8,000 to 10,000 square feet; half-floor residences are priced from $6 million to over $8 million and range from 4,600 to 4,800 square feet.
Each of the residences will feature high-end finishes at every turn and luxury appliances.
