Spring Place, the co-working club in New York’s TriBeCa, has launched a collaboration with iconic Parisian restaurant Caviar Kaspia. Bureau Betak, the design and production company, has transformed Spring Place’s Sunken Living Room into a recreation of the restaurant which has operated as a top culinary destination in Paris since 1927.
Spring Place was conceived by the team behind renowned cultural hub and creative group Spring Studios to serve the changing workspace demands of the sharing economy, but cater to those who appreciate authentic, elegant surrounding and exceptional service.
This special collaboration with Cavia Kaspia at Spring Place forms part of the club’s curated cultural program and follows a series of unique partnerships and collaborations.
Francesco Costa, Co-Founder and CEO of Spring Place, says, “We are excited to welcome Caviar Kaspia to Spring Place. We also couldn’t have done it without the help of our friends at Bureau Betak who have managed to completely recreate the Parisian experience inside our Sunken Living Room. We designed Spring Place to offer the best possible experiences to our members, from best-in-class services to special one-of-a-kind events. Caviar Kaspia is truly one of the world’s finest culinary experiences, and I look forward to seeing all of our guests enjoy it.”
Ramon Mac-Crohon, GM and CEO of Caviar Kaspia, explains, “Caviar Kaspia, celebrates its 90th Anniversary in 2017 with a year-long calendar of extraordinary events. The launch of the festivities begins with a special gift to New York City, marked by the opening of a Caviar Kaspia pop-up at Spring Place. For a limited period into the new year, Caviar Kaspia’s inimitable style and elegance will cross the Atlantic Ocean, along with our world famous menu favorites like its baked potato with caviar.”
Reflecting on the design of the pop-up, Alexandre de Betak, Bureau Betak adds, “I wanted to share the unique, timeless and old-fashioned feeling of Kaspia, with this warm, elegant and un-designed space, adding the twist of a mirrored ceiling to double the experience!”
