We are extending our returns policy for Christmas. Items purchased from Monday 24th October 2022 up to and including Saturday 17th December 2022 are eligible for extended returns. Items purchased during these dates can be returned up until Monday 16th January 2023. Items purchased after Saturday 17th December 2022 will be subject to our standard returns policy and can be returned up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Your returned item(s) will need to be with us on or before Monday 16th January 2023 to be eligible for a refund. Normal Returns T&Cs apply.
Free Returns
We offer free returns on thousands of our products. You can find out which items are eligible on the delivery & returns tab on each product page, or on the delivery slip included with the item(s), eligible items are marked with a (Y).
Please follow the instructions below to return an item that is eligible for free returns.
1. Complete your returns note and place it back inside your parcel
2. Write your order reference number (found at the top of your returns note) on the included returns postage label. Seal the items in their original packaging, peel off the returns postage label and stick it to the outside of the parcel covering any old labels
3. Find your nearest DPD Pickup location at www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder and drop your parcel off. Here you will be given a receipt, please keep this safe as your proof of postage and to track your return
If you can't find your returns postage label please visit www.amara.com/content/contact to get in touch with us and we can send you a new one.
Easy Returns
If your item(s) isn't eligible for free returns, please follow the instructions below.
1. Log in to your AMARA account (If you don't have an account please create one here)
2. Find the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions online
You have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. The item(s) needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.
Please ensure you write ‘RETURNED GOODS’ clearly on the parcel

Easy Returns
Returning an item(s) from outside of the UK is quick and easy. You have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs.

Please note if, on the rare occasion, your order arrives and your product isn’t in perfect condition; please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns Instructions if you have an AMARA account:
- Log into your AMARA account
- Go to the ‘My Orders’ section of the account and locate the order you wish to return
- Find the item (s) you wish to return and follow the instructions online
- Download the returns note and put it inside your parcel
- Create and pay for a return label via your preferred courier
- Print and attach the courier label to the outside of your parcel that clearly shows our warehouse address – see below

1. Simply place a note inside your returning parcel with the below information:
- Your AMARA Order Number (R-XXXXXXX)
- The name on the order
- The name of the items included in the return
2. Create and pay for a return label via your preferred courier
3. Print and attach the courier label to the outside of your parcel that clearly shows our warehouse address – see below
4. Clearly write ‘Returned Goods’ on the outside of the parcel
