Singapore Returns

We are extending our returns policy for Christmas. Items purchased from Monday 24th October 2022 up to and including Saturday 17th December 2022 are eligible for extended returns. Items purchased during these dates can be returned up until Monday 16th January 2023. Items purchased after Saturday 17th December 2022 will be subject to our standard returns policy and can be returned up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Your returned item(s) will need to be with us on or before Monday 16th January 2023 to be eligible for a refund. Normal Returns T&Cs apply.

Easy Returns

Returning an item(s) from outside of the UK is quick and easy. You have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs.

Please note, you do NOT need an AMARA account to create a return. All you need is your order number (don’t forget the R- at the beginning) and zip code as entered on your order

Please note if, on the rare occasion, your order arrives and your product isn’t in perfect condition; please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to include clear photos and a description of the damage/fault as well as images of the packaging so we can help you further. Click here for more information.
