Incomplete order received.
The plates we ordered are beautiful and the price was extremely good. Customer Service has been very prompt and helpful and polite. However, we did not receive all the plates we ordered and paid for. We ordered 8 and received 7. Hannah Albon in Customer Service has raised an investigation to determine what happened regarding the missing plate. We're waiting to hear back from Hannah, but she's already let us know the dessert plates are out of stock.

Successful in the end!
I tried twice to order online which was unsuccessful and frustrating, however, when I called customer service the woman who answered couldn't have been more helpful. Computer error meant I ended up ordering two cushions, when only initially wanted one to try, before ordering more.
