Fantastic for round loaves. The loaves are light and fully baked with a wonderful crust in both the sourdough and yeasted white loaves u bake for a local Cafe.

You did well My fault I recently purchased the bread cloche from you and this time I purchased the round bread maker didnt realise this and was disappointed it didnt include the emile henry dough cutter which I really wanted Should have checked more closely that I was purchasing the cloche Hey my mistake and admin were very prompt in responding to me as was the service Thankyou Kind regards Lyn
