Great variety but expensive pricing for non leather items. Uses Australia post for the "last mile" delivery as DHL partners with Australia post. And Australia post has the worst customer service levels in the country. They only deliver once and never deliver again and ask you to pick up from their delivery centre which is only open for certain hours of the day. This is not how our end to end online shopping experience is meant to be. The shipping section of the amara order does not allow us to specify to leave the delivery over the gate or call me if no one is at home.
They contacted me several times to keep me informed of my order status and delivery times - brilliant!

The worst service ever! First, it has been delayed for a month already. Second, why the heck do I need to keep paying customs taxes? like twice?? Why did my parcel send through China and US from UK? Totally makes no sense.
The package arrived promptly - to US customs! There it was held. DHL said I or my granddaughter must submit a social security number to have the wedding gift delivered. We do not give out our social security number in exchange for a coffee pot!!!!! The shipment was refused, and we will expect a full refund - have talked with a very nice customer service rep at AMARA and will expect this to show up on my paypal in a timely manner.
