I never had taken delivary of the 3 parcells but only signed to return them
pparently your customer care is appalling to the point where *personal information removed by Feefo* was shouting over me until I managed to get it through to her that I had video footage that I would be uploading onto YOUTUBE where she "glibly remarked oh well you can send it to me" so I decided to send *personal information removed by Feefo* a still of the video footage which shocked her and her whole attitude changed but not before AMARA has still held onto monies belonging to me for 10 days which they have in affect stolen and I am still awaiting it to be repaid into my account. I have been misinformed by Abbie that items were dispatched when they were just processed. I signed to return the items to the DPD courier driver who was on camera or CCTV camera belonging to myself, hence the still off the camera that I sent to *personal information removed by Feefo* where the driver threw the parcels back onto the van then I have an e-mail a day later asking me to reorder the same items even though I have ALREADY been charged £14.10 for non acceptance of the parcels by AMARA who will want a further £10.00 making a total of £24.00 just for delivery charges when I told AMARA that Sainsbury's had no parking facilities in order to drop the parcels off. I've been a loyal customer of AMARA for 13 years now and this is the first time I've had to return an order due to the fact that Abbie at customers services refused to remove 3 items which where no longer needed stating that the order had been dispatched when the order had only been processed. 8 hours later after Abbie's e-mail with a link to return the goods, two e-mail arrived from AMARA to say the orders had been dispatched making Abbie's input, incorrect. *personal information removed by Feefo* may want to look up her job description as Team Leader as I'm sure it doesn't involve shouting over the customer as well as Abbie's job description being customer service helpline which does not consist of misleading the customer into believing that the items have been dispatched when in fact they had only been processed, how do AMARA expect to keep customers with this Mickey Mouse approach to customer relations' as well as the fact holding onto my money will only lead me to think that AMARA have a cash-flow problem! Anymore nonsense or failure to return the outstanding monies by the time giving will result in BBC Watch Dog being involved where we have e-mails as well as video footage.
