One arrived with a couple of scratches, an issue that has since been easily resolved by the amazing team at customer services! However this has made me conscious that the chairs may easily scratch with use! Chairs are very comfortable (even for extended periods), although the foot rest could do with having a larger horizontal platform as this can become a little uncomfortable. Overall very pleased with these chairs especially their invisibility, which works so well in my airy and open space!
