When it's good, it's good. When it's bad - it disappointing!
I was unfairly charged postage because the Amara system picked up an incorrect address and I overlooked it in the order. I had explained to Amara's Customer Service how this had happened and suggested they fix and improve their system. I had also asked for the manager to get in touch with me about my concerns. The attitude was too bad too sad. Management didn't. Then there was a near mixed up with the delivery which I managed to intercept which prevented further calamity. I informed Amara customer sevice, their response was robotic and lack compassion. This is the last time I will be buying from Amara site.
