Excellent customer service. Amara staff always shine!
Actually did what they contracted to do. Nothing more, nothing less
Excellent service !! Excellent quality merchandise. !!
Fantastic service. I will continue to use this site.
Thank you for the opportunity. I'm still reeling form the speed of putting in the order and getting the product - less than a week. It is to be a house warming gift in the new year. Personally I'm crazy about it - reminds me of my Mom's kitchen when I was a little girl living in the country.
I'm very satisfied with my experience. It was stated when purchasing that the item was back ordered and wouldn't be in for a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when I was notified that they were shipped weeks early and I would have them in as little as 2 days. Fantastic experience
Excellent selections, easy site to use, quality products at reasonable prices and the international shipping was so fast.
MySpace original order was unfortunately faulty, however, Amara's customer service was excellent in the way that they dealt with my complaint. They had a replacement item shipped the following day and I didn't even need to go to the trouble of returning the faulty item. The member of the customer service team who dealt with my complaint was extremely polite and helpful.
Amara has a US website, but no US return address. Trying to return my product I discovered it was going to cost me in excess of $100 for the least expensive way to return the product (It had to be returned to the UK).
