The delivery was timely with clear updates and there was nothing wrong with the items. However, the delivery team werent friendly and they didnt even want to carry the items inside my flat but they only did after I insisted. They also refused to take the packaging which I had to dispose of myself. A better delivery method would be more useful!

Very fast and professional

I regularly shop with Amara, and am always delighted with the quality of products and packaging. Normally I’ve had no issue with delivery, but a recent order went awfully wrong. DHL have been trying to make it right, but its been a case of mistake after mistake. Its been almost 2 weeks since it was due to arrive and I only have 1 of the packages. I hope to have the second package by the end of the week.
