This baguettes mould can fit 1kg sourdough for winter. My wife followed the instructions from E.H manual, she greased the mould with butter and put samolina for final proof. She brushed water on the dough surface before baking. Do not spray as the water will get onto the sides and the bread will stick. The baguettes turned out very nice and very crispy without any sticking to the mould, although this is the first time she made it as she normally makes sourdough breads.
