Absolutely love the product, so cool & different! Would have given it 5 stars except for the installation template provided - this was completely wrong on one side so took hubby and I ages to work out the correct fixing points/angles. Appalling in my opinion given the price of this item! The manufacturer should at least get this right - my pic shows how wrong it was on the left side compared with the installation instruction leaflet. Plus had to bend one of the brackets slightly upward to make the shelf sit square on the wall and not drop forward with a big gap. Other than that, now it's up we love it!
