So easy to use but i do preheat the baker cover lid and once its reaches 260 I turn it down to 240 for further 15mins before putting the whole loaf baker with the lib on baked for 20mins then turn down to 180 for another 40mins 😁

This large ceramic bread loaf baker is a very good size and it is much better than our terracotta and clay loaf bakers. It will be good if the handles are bigger which would be easier to handle. My wife put samolina on the bottom of baker and sourdough bread didn't stick at the bottom but on the sides. She forgot to grease the baker, so the samolina can stick on the sides before final proof according to E.H manual. The sourdough bread is very crispy and tasted better than using terracotta or clay baker.
