When I placed my order in the cart, there was no place to put the coupon. I had an online chat and was told that the coupon could not be applied. Within the hour I wanted to cancel the order because. I was told that I could not because the order was in process. Asked about the return policy and was told that I would have to pay for shipping. However 2 days later I was notified that my shipment would be delayed. As of today my order has not yet arrived. I don't feel that customer service was lacking. No incentive was offered for future shopping.

Amazing service from start to finish. Easy website to use, speed of delivery was 2nd to none. 5 days from the UK to NZ. Beautiful towels that wash up lovely. Makes our other towels look rubbish now. Everything was just so easy, thank you.

I absolutely love my throws. My favourite is the grey blanket I bought to protect my light sofa from my dogs. It’s perfect. A bit on the small side but the larger one would have been too big. I spent ages looking for the perfect cover up. This doesn’t detract from the sofa as it’s plain and more importantly it stays in place like icing on a Christmas cake. My dogs can’t rip it up to get comfy like a knitted type throw. It’s just very neat.
