Application & Eligibility

To activate a trade account there is a minimum spend of $970 (retail price) for your first order.
Your trade account will be reviewed periodically.
Please note if your account is inactive for 1 year, your account will be closed.
Applicants from all businesses worldwide are welcome to apply for our trade account scheme.
Wholesalers will not be accepted for a trade account. We are not able to open trade accounts for the purpose of resale within a retail environment such as a showroom or online/physical store.
Yes, you will be charged local custom charges as your order is being shipped from the United Kingdom however, these are determined locally and we therefore, are unable to quote you for the charge that you will incur.
All stock status’s are live and can be found on our product pages.
If an item is currently showing as out of stock please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the product you are interested in. We will do our best to find out when the item will be back in stock for you to order.

Log in to the website with the email used to create your trade account and start shopping. Your trade discount is automatically added in the checkout. You’ll see your unique discount code applied at the bottom of the page alongside the total discount being honoured on your order.
Trade discount is not applicable against sale items or in conjunction with any other offer.
Yes, to request one please email the below information to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll process this for you.
For online orders, you can pay by card and PayPal only.
For pro-forma invoice orders, you can pay by card, PayPal or BACS (unfortunately we're unable to accept NZD, but can process your payment in GBP, USD, AUD, AED or EUR).
We do not offer a credit account basis.
