Opened almost two decades ago, Hush was founded by former lawyer Jamie Barber and Roger Moore’s son, Geoffrey. Guests can enjoy the relaxed ground floor brasserie, with its chic dark purple interior scheme including the iconic ‘Shhhh’ neon light and tasteful black and white celebrity clientele photo wall.
Venturing up to the first floor guests can discover Hush’s latest dining space, Blades. In an intimate ‘60s inspired setting, Blades offers steak, lobster and rare whiskies. It’s here that Hush’s Gin and Jam Afternoon Tea can also be enjoyed, giving a twist to a British classic, pairing traditional Afternoon Tea with gin Cocktails made with Hush’s own bespoke gin.
Hush’s Private Dining can be found on the top floor of the restaurant, offering a classically elegant event space in the heat of Mayfair. With bold orange interior detailing, lavish banquette style seating, and luxury lighting it exudes an elegant atmosphere. It can cater for a capacity of up to 60 people for lunch or dinner, or 100 guests for a stand up reception, making it the ideal location for everything from business lunches to engagement parties

The first floor Cocktail Lounge is one of only a handful of bars in the UK that has been awarded the prestigious 4* class magazine bar award, and has been voted one of the World’s Best Bars. Hush’s resident Bar Manager is a champion of Molecular Cocktails, and his team of expertly trained mixologists regularly experiment with a fresh and innovative menu.
Hush’s eclectic menu features refreshing takes on brasserie classics, such as Crispy Duck Doughnuts, Half Lobster Taglierini with tomato, chili and garlic and Scotch Fillet with truffled macaroni. The extensive wine list features a constantly changing selection of wines, and the recent installation of the innovative Coravin Wine Preservation System allows all 70 wine to be available by the glass.
