Looks great and feels silky smooth . . BUT using it is rubbish I’m afraid! It doesn’t squirt the soap out well so it dribbles down the front, the top part that you push down to engage the squirt is wobbly because there’s only a rubber seal that it sits on rather than having a screw top, so it’s not practical to use . . all style and no performance . . disappointed.

After the disappointment of the colour difference of the product and my review which reflected that, I thought that was the end of it, as I never felt that reviews were read or taken seriously by the company. How wrong was I when your email popped up to say you had READ my review. From that point, the customer service was prompt, efficient and you ended up with a satisfied customer that would use your company again. Bottom line is that if you had not intervened I would not have looked at Amara again.
