Prep Set - Pillarbox Red

Love the look and weight of the prep set, however they do chip easily, would expect the quality to be better from Falconware at this price point.

Good range of bowl sizes. Takes up so little space too.

Falcon Ware can't be beat. It's a great quality product, has been for decades. My granny used them, I think everyone's granny did. They're pricey compared to cheaper knock-offs but are so much better. They cook or bake so well, look lovely on your table and are a dream to clean up. You'll use and have them for a lifetime.

Very useful pieces. Used a lot since the holidays.

I have rated this at the average level as I have a mixed review. I like the look of the product and the feel of it. The issue I have is the FALCON ENAMEL WARE product I purchased was MADE IN CHINA which I did not find out until after I opened it and was washing the items to use. I was telling my husband how wonderful this was that a British couple was resurrecting this brand ( as per the Homes and Antiques article May 2019). It was not clear from the product maker Falcon Enamel Ware nor Amara where it is made. The only place it says Made in China is on the paper tag attached to the mugs, or on the box for the prep set and on both items it is in light printing, it is NOT on the product itself. Although the product looked exactly as promised, I hope and I am trusting, it is made from products that are safe and healthy. I buy locally or from small businesses whenever possible and thought I was purchasing a product made in England based on the magazine article in Homes and Antiques (May 2019) and the Falcon web site. I contacted all 3 parties, I have had a response from 2 of the 3 and the result is I can't send them back as I had washed them before my husband pointed out the Made in China wording and Falcon said they apologized I felt mislead. Although both companies have said they are not trying to mislead, by omission they did not say where the product is made. I am not pleased with the outcome. If you care where your products are made PLEASE ask lots of questions of the company first.

I love how this set all stacks into one so this takes up minimal space! Great for those who don't have the space in the kitchen to store lots of pots and pans!
