Although this is a lovely firm pillow it's far too firm for me. Each morning I awake at the end of the bed with my straight in a bird's nest giant knot. Takes me 15 minutes to unpick it! And my neck hurts too - So my advice is if you have always been looking for a much firmer pillow give it a try but expect it to be up at the top of the bed and pushing you down to the bottom building a hair knot as you go
