Returns & Refunds

If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days that is not suitable then you can return this to us for a refund. If you are in the UK we offer free returns on 1000s of products, you can check which items are eligible for free returns on the delivery & returns tab on each product page.

More information on the free returns service and details of how to return all other items to us can be found below.

We do not offer exchanges.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to amend it.

If you are in the UK please take a look at the delivery & returns tab on our product pages before buying or check the returns note that came with your order to see which items can be returned for free. Then follow the instructions on the note to send your items back to us within 30 days.

For all other returns please follow the instructions below:

Log in to your Amara account.
(If you don’t have an account with us, please contact us via Livechat)
Find your order and follow the return stages online.
Download the Return Note and put it inside your parcel.

For any International returns, please mark ‘RETURNED GOODS’ along with your name clearly on the outside of the parcel to avoid any import duty on its arrival in the UK, any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and sent to the following address using a courier of your choice:

We recommend getting and keeping a proof of postage once you have sent your item(s).

Once a return has been received by our warehouse we aim to process your refund within 2 working days and once this has been processed, you will receive an email from us to confirm. The refund will be processed via the method of payment used on your order if received within 30 days of dispatch. 

Yes. If delivered within the UK, we can arrange a collection with DPD Courier Services. This can be arranged for any weekday between standard business hours of 08:00 – 17:00 and is charged at £10 per box.

We can also arrange a drop-off service with DPD for smaller products which is charged at £5.50 per box.

For both of these services, the charge will be deducted from your refund.
