Free Returns

We offer free returns on thousands of our products. You can find out which items are eligible on the delivery & returns tab on each product page. If your item is not eligible for a free return please see below under 'Easy (chargeable) Returns'

You have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.

How to create a free return

1. Scan the QR code on the back page of your order insert that you will have received with your order. This will take you straight to our returns portal where you can choose the most convenient returns option and generate your returns label.

2. Click the 'CREATE A RETURN' button below to return an item. Here you'll be able to view the couriers available and find full return instructions.

Please note, for our free returns you do NOT need an AMARA account to create a return. All you need is your order number (don’t forget the R – at the beginning) and post code as entered on your order.

Damaged or faulty items

If, on the rare occasion, your order arrives and your product isn’t in perfect condition; please contact our Customer Care teamwithin 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to include clear photos and a description of the damage/fault as well as images of the packaging so we can help you further. Click here for more information.

Create a Return

Easy (chargeable) Returns

If your item(s) isn’t eligible for free returns, please note that you will have to cover the cost of the return. Please follow the below instructions to make a return if your item isn’t eligible for a free return.

Courier collection: if you live in the UK we are able to arrange a collection for you at the cost of £10 per box. To arrange this please contact our Customer Care team

1. Log in to your AMARA account (If you don't have an account please create one here)

2. Find the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions online

You have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. The item(s) needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.

Oversized Furniture Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your oversized furniture to return it.

The cost to return your oversized furniture is £100. Please note that any delivery costs incurred by the business or customer will not be refunded.

Items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. If the item has not been returned in a fully saleable condition we reserve the right to refund on the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Damaged or faulty items must be reported to Domestic Distribution at the point of delivery and signed for as damaged/faulty. If the delivery is signed for unchecked or not as damaged/faulty then you are fully liable for the goods.

Orders Fulfilled by Suppliers

Some of our products will be sent to you directly from the supplier. When the supplier ships your product/s they will enclose a returns label and instructions to enable you to return the product/s back to them. When the return is received by the supplier, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed. If you don't receive a return label or returns instructions please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to help.
