The item was received but the front plate clasp had fallen off so was not entirely pleased as it is a xmas present for my daughter. I am in a quandry as to what to do as a return in re delivery will not get back to her before xmas. Please advise. Thanks Sharon

However, i'm disappointed to hear that you've received a less than perfect item, this is far from the level of service we like to provide our customers.

I have escalated this with one of our Team Leaders in our Customer Services team and have asked them to reach out to you so we can get this resolved for you.

To help with the resolution please do take a couple of photos of the clasp so we can see the damage and email the pictures to customerservices@amara.com with the following in the subject line:

- Your order number and FAO Team Leader.

The Senior Advisor will then assess the damage and then take the necessary course of action to fix the problem for you.
