I’m Nicola, a mum to two boys aged 6 and 9 and I work full time as an Investment Director Investing in High Technology Businesses. On an evening and weekend, I am the Girl with the Green Sofa, content creator, stylist and blogger. In some ways, the creative side of my life is my sanity in a full and busy life. My style is dark, ...colourful and maximalist and entirely self-taught. I’m at my happiest in overalls covered in paint doing DIY. My blog started 12 months ago with the aim of creating a community of creative businesses, in some way marrying my day job, with my hobby. It has expanded to include interior trends, changes to my home, “how to” posts and inspirational home tours.
