The Weekend Wish List – 7th September

For this weekend’s wish list I’ve asked Miroslava, Sam B & Harriet for a low down on their favourite Amara goodies. We all appear to be giving off a bit of a laid back luxe vibe this week with a strong emphasis on wanting to just sit back, relax and enjoy life’s little indulgences.

Fornasetti 3 (Medium)

 Miroslava – Senior Photographer

miroslava-balazova-thumb-jpgFornasetti has been on my wish list for a while, I love his artistic design and the smell of the new Silenzio candle featuring the signature ‘Otto’ fragrance with notes of thyme, lavender & cedarwood is out of this world. I’ve already got a FornasettiSilent please” cushion in my bedroom and also a few paintings inspired by the brand’s designs on my wall. I think now is the right time to extend my Fornasetti collection and buy this lovely Silenzio candle which will be available very soon…

 Sam B – Interior Designer

sam-brine-thumb-jpgI would definitely choose the Sonia Rykiel Maison cushions and throws for this weekend, I just adore the bold statement of these and love the contrast of the black against the striking colours and pastel shades. If only I had a secret room where I could go and luxuriate with these to keep them away from messy toddler fingers covered in marmite toast!

Harriet – General Manager

harriet-farrow-thumb-jpgI have always wanted the Edison Petit lamp to match my Fatboy beanbag, which is perfect for sitting in the garden on summer evenings with my new Kissing Robins picnic hamper. However, with winter looming, I might not be able to do this for much longer, so my favourite throw (Lenny by Missoni Home) may also be making an appearance this weekend.

emily-bird-thumb-jpgMy most coveted Amara product this week has to be Pure Lana’s organic wool poufs. These wonderful knitted creations are not only unbelievably soft but they can also be an extra seat in smaller living rooms. Would getting one in each colour and size be a bit excessive?

Have a luxury filled weekend!
