Turning plastic into yarn is a five-step process; collecting the bottles, crushing and compressing them into compact entities, converting the compressed bottles into small chips, processing the chips in carding machines and finally, you have a material that can be spun into yarn.
The Way series rug is made from 292 plastic bottles and the cushion is made from 55. But don’t worry, you won’t have to compromise on quality as they look and feel as soft as polyester. And the best part? These eco-friendly and versatile textiles can be used to accessorise your home or garden.
