Australia Returns
Please find our returns information below:
Easy Returns
Returning an item(s) from outside of the UK is quick and easy. You have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs.

Please note, you do NOT need an AMARA account to create a return. All you need is your order number (don’t forget the R- at the beginning) and postcode as entered on your order
Please note if, on the rare occasion, your order arrives and your product isn’t in perfect condition; please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to include clear photos and a description of the damage/fault as well as images of the packaging so we can help you further. Click here for more information.
If you are unable to return an unwanted item within the 30 day limit due to restrictions relating to Covid-19 we will honour a late return as long as the item(s) meet the other terms of our returns policy for example; they are in a new and unused condition in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please contact our Customer Care team before the end of your 30 day limit to discuss this with us and arrange a late return.
*Extended Returns*
We are extending our returns policy. Items purchased from Tuesday 1st December 2020 up to and including Sunday 28th February 2021 are eligible for extended returns. Items purchased during these dates can be returned up until Wednesday 31st March 2021. Your returned item(s) will need to be with us on or before Friday 2nd April 2021 to be eligible for a refund.
Items purchased after Monday 1st March 2021 will be subject to our standard returns policy and can be returned up to 30 days later.

International Returns

Free Returns
We offer free returns on thousands of our products. You can find out which items are eligible on the delivery & returns tab on each product page, or on the delivery slip included with the item(s), eligible items are marked with a (Y).
Please follow the instructions below to return an item that is eligible for free returns.
1. Complete your returns note and place it back inside your parcel
2. Write your order reference number (found at the top of your returns note) on the included returns postage label. Seal the items in their original packaging, peel off the returns postage label and stick it to the outside of the parcel covering any old labels
3. Find your nearest DPD Pickup location at www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder and drop your parcel off. Here you will be given a receipt, please keep this safe as your proof of postage and to track your return
If you can't find your returns postage label please visit www.amara.com/content/contact to get in touch with us and we can send you a new one.
