Love this product! I want one for every room!

The rack I got is defective. Left side of the standing leg is made of two interlocking parts, secured by a bolt - that bolt won't screw in (as the two holes from top and bottom half of the leg don't quite match up). I am just making do with it now given how troublesome returning seems to be and how the ladder still does manage to stand up even with the bolt being loose, but obviously now I won't trust this ladder with anything heavy and wish it were not defective. All the above said, this is a neat design and looks great in the apartment - lightweight but functional.
