This Alessi La Cintura di Orione Casserole Pot is ideal for braising and especially for stewing. It's also the first pot a cook reaches for when cooking with the "covered casserole" method, a classic example being the traditional Italian Sunday roast. This casserole pot is made from aluminium with a non stick interior, the handles are made form 18/10 stainless steel. There are various matching pieces of Alessi kitchenware also available.
