As the Earth rotates and Nature runs its course...
(FOG)
I took this photo during a drive on Route 84 through the Santa Cruz
Mountains, California. The early mornings in this area are often
shrouded in fog, and when that cow just sat there, staring at me, I
couldn't resist taking this picture. I moved to this area 15 years later.

I took this photo during a (winter!) camping trip in Yosemite.
Date: February 1981.
(WIND)
I took many trips to Northern California in my teens in order to explore
California. These trees were located at the edge of a cliff along Big Sur, overlooking
the Pacific Ocean. Date: February 1980.
