Black and White Sunsets
Did you thnk that sunsets needed color?
This photograph was from one of my first rolls of 35mm film when I was 16 years old,
and I still harbored a secret desire to be a professional photographer when I grew up.
This beach in southern California, Newport Beach, is where I spent my teen and early
20s years.
Date: Sometime in 1976.
This photo was taken more recently as part of a leisurely car cruise down the California
coast in December 1999. The weather was clear and crisp that day, ending with this
lovely sunset. Date: December 1999.
