In the home fragrance world you can’t look far without seeing or hearing of Cire Trudon – the oldest and most prestigious wax manufacturers in the world. Established in 1643, the luxuriously scented candles were present in the court of Versailles, witnessing the fall of the monarchy & rise of the Empire. The brand held strong throughout this turbulent history and to this day Cire Trudon wax products remain at the forefront of luxury home fragrance.
This month Cire Trudon candles have appeared in numerous publications such as Harrods Interiors Magazine, Homes & Gardens and Tempest, to name but a few. Their solid presence in the interiors world proves that these historically rich and lavish candles continue to stand the test of time as the most respected wax products out there.
New for this season are two spectacular fragrances guaranteed to infuse your home with gloriously intoxicating scents. The Merida scented candle was created in collaboration with renowned Mexican perfumers, Arquiste Parfumeur. With fragrance notes of ripe guava, blossoms, foliage, bark and a decadent hint of gun powder, the famous perfumers have created one of their most sumptuous scents yet.
The other fabulous new scent is a limited edition fragrance created with iconic accessories designer Yaz Buckey, which reimagines the classic Cire Trudon candle. The result is a ‘sophistipop’ inspired design – Yaz Buckey’s signature style, with bright pink label and sweet violet notes.
What do you think of these opulent new scents?
